Embarking first on a indepth Hubspot portal audit and automation project, in-lite engaged Hughes&Co to map contacts. By implementing a lead scoring and segmentation system, clear delineation between sales ready leads or marketing contacts was created and entered into strategic marketing workflows. From there, Hughes&Co created sales playbooks within the Hubspot CRM to support the sales team, and identified opportunities for automation and implemented marketing automation to better prepare contacts for the sales process.
