A strategically phased approach to automating sales processes, integrating multiple platforms, and making marketing work for their bottom line.

in-lite is a multinational luxury outdoor lighting manufacturer and supplier with a complex business model that was hungry for a growth-driven marketing strategy to support their ambitious goals.

Embarking first on a indepth Hubspot portal audit and automation project, in-lite engaged Hughes&Co to map contacts. By implementing a lead scoring and segmentation system, clear delineation between sales ready leads or marketing contacts was created and entered into strategic marketing workflows. From there, Hughes&Co created sales playbooks within the Hubspot CRM to support the sales team, and identified opportunities for automation and implemented marketing automation to better prepare contacts for the sales process.

Our team works to complement the internal marketing team at in-lite — this type of collaboration is the kind of work that inspires us.

in-lite are laser focused on growth through support. They are helpful first, selling second. They care about the utility of their product, the people who use them from installation to enjoyment. They are the embodiment of consultative sales. We help by creating marketing strategy, assets and automations that encourage their instinct to assist and keeps unnecessary work off their plates.
The visual nature of their products lend to the incredible aesthetic of their marketing work. They take projects that can be synonymous with a traditional trades supply mentality and make them luxury, stunning, desirable. We stoke that fire with audience generation and strong metric results.

Our work with in-lite is ongoing and our efforts are continually refined with the regular assessment of the data aggregated by our marketing. Future plans are underway for a full scale marketing campaign and support effort for a major shift in the organization's operations. We can't wait.
