First, we use Hubspot as our CRM, logging every detail of our client experience to ensure seamless continuity of service through normal agency things like vacation, staffing changes, unexpected absences. On top of that our sales are fully tracked in Hubspot and sometimes we even quote and accept payment through the portal, pending service type.
