So, you've created your buyer personas. This is a great first step in any digital marketing strategy. You have to know who you're marketing to in order to see any success or results.

Once you have these personas determined and you've done the research, you can't just set them aside. Everything you do has to target those buyers, and reflect what they want and what they think.

Here are some ways to start thinking like your buyers so you can see seeing those crazy results you crave.

get your buyers seeing your ads

PPC marketing strategies can yield an amazing return on investment for your business, but only if you get those demographics right. You need your ads in front of the right eyes. More specifically, you need your ads in front of your buyer persona's eyes.

In order to do that you need to start thinking like your buyers. What do they like? Who are they? What industry do they work in? What is their family make up? The more you know about them, the more accurate your demographic targeting will be, and the better your results will be.

Know how to talk to your buyers

Messaging that doesn't speak to your buyers won't generate qualified leads. To generate more leads you need to know the buzzwords they want to hear that will excite them and persuade them to convert.

You also need to know what style they want their messaging to be in. If your buyer persona is a stay-at-home mom, she's is likely going to want read a much different style of voice than a business executive.

Knowing who you are speaking to and thinking about how they want to be spoken to will help ensure that you're making all the right content to keep them coming back for more.

Think about how your buyer uses the internet

This might seem a bit too simple, but different people use the internet in different ways. Think about what social networking sites they use, how they approach needing to find information online, or even how they respond to email marketing.

Making the wrong move online can mean losing business. That's why we're all about using thorough research to fully understand your buyer personas.

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is assuming that your buyer persona will know something because you know something about your business. Put yourself behind their keyboard and try to visualize how these buyers will be finding your business. Do it right and you'll see incredible results.
