First of all, party foul. Who do we think we are calling you dummies?! Not cool Hughes & Co., am I right? Our blatant stepping out of line aside, we have found this awesome new tool that we mentioned in one blog post, but after some email questions we decided to do a full-on review of Canva.

What is Canva?

Basically, it is a super user friendly tool that you can use to make seriously awesome graphics for your social media, website, blog, newsletter and all of those other digital goodies that we tell you to spend time on. Holy macaroni mother of all things simplified and beautiful, this site is a real winner. Truly, it is accessible for people of all levels of web skill and it takes the guess work out of balanced and beautiful design. For example, I, Allie, am a straight up terrible designer, BUT I worked my magic on Canva and here are some sweet results:

A poster that I would even consider printing because I love it so much! Easy to do, beautiful to share and fun to like. Because I was having such a blast I did a few more:

Our designer will happily detail how desperate we are for their design assistance on the regular, but this is a very cool way to make your blog/website/social media appear professionally designed with ease. It is actually a really fun tool to use and you go through about 30 seconds of "Canva College" when you sign up to get you ready to design like a professional. And truly, 30 seconds is all that you need.

We know this is an unusual style of post for us, but sometimes you just have to share a secret tip that will make someone's day. Happy designing!
