A revitalization project with a refreshed brand experience to match!

Springbank House is an upscale B&B set on the historic site of the Springbank Hotel and Spa that later became the first home for Ridley College (1889). This large (Tudor Revival) Queen Anne-Arts & Crafts home has recently been completely renovated to luxurious specifications guided by the original plans from 1909. The H&C team was ecstatic to work with Springbank and convey this revitalization project  through a refreshed brand experience.

RESULTS

The H&C team wanted to showcase a luxurious and prestigious hospitality experience that could be communicated through website design, functionality and internal assets. It was important for our team to focus on brand identity and brand development. Our team of talented graphic designers worked to create a new logo for Springbank House that communicates a high quality hospitality experience while still encapsulating the rich heritage they are known for. Using brand messaging strategy, H&C was able to build experience and ambassadorship. Our team worked to complete extensive research and use the right narrative to put a positive spin on the B&B’s in the niagara region. The new website incorporates ease of navigation and excellent page performance to contribute to amazing user experience from the moment the user enters the website.
