Second Mile is designed to be as vague as it seems, hinting only that something for the luxury buyer will soon come to the market. In designing for this project we saw the opportunity to incorporate the topography of the development site alongside a simple logo to allow the minimalist nature of what we are including to tell the story of a high end opportunity ahead.
In adhering to this less is more philosophy we have created the foundation for a strong brand to enter the market in a more significant way with future assets as more of this project is revealed. The layered approach to offering details about this opportunity is the hallmark of this marketing strategy.
