ACCOUNT MANAGER

LOCATION

THE ROLE

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for a portfolio of our rapidly expanding clients who need a dedicated tour de force managing their marketing portfolio with our team. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for client businesses, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which will be accomplished through coaching your clients through the consultative sales process.

TASKS

- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine processes to convert customers.

REQUIREMENTS

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Some past experience in marketing preferred.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
- Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

THE ROLE

Our agency is rapidly expanding and we do not have a sales team to meet the demand for proposal from numerous regions. We believe firmly that we are fundamentally changing the way the world does business, and we are selling that concept to the market at large. Think of this role as less "selling websites or marketing" and more as introducing companies to the prospect of taking their business to the next level with a hands-off strategy that drives big gains across the board. It is completely remarkable what we are capable of, we need you to get the word out.

REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Some past experience in sales/marketing preferred.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to run a pressure free, consultative sales program.
- A self-starter that can manage their own schedule, meet goals and report to H&C HQ with ease.
- A home office from which you can work (we'll ship you an Apple Macbook Air and cover your iPhone costs).
- The kind of attitude that aligns with our agency, we've had a wolf in the henhouse before and that is not going to jive for our corporate culture.
