Hughes and Co. joined Eh José on their exciting journey from a food truck to a 40 person capacity restaurant in downtown St. Catharines. Eh José opened its doors in the Fall of 2020 and remains a pandemic success story as they continue to share their Passion-full food with the community despite the ever-changing restrictions offering both dine-in and takeout options. Through food photography, online community, and a new website we were able to help Eh José share their treasured experience and memories from Mexico with Niagara. Eh José remained on the retainer to feature their newly renovated and highly desirable space with social media support and website SEO.
On the retainer with Hughes and Co., Eh José has developed and revamped their branding, website, and social media platforms. Using the existing logo as inspiration, H&C designed a new menu and website without losing the authenticity Eh José is known for. The website shares Eh José’s story and experience that outlines their hospitality and entrepreneurial journey from Mexico to downtown St. Catharines, and offers an online ordering platform to increase revenue in the digital space. Through all organic growth and traffic, Eh José quickly gained a large following. On Instagram, they reach an average of 2.9 thousand accounts and acquire 2.5 thousand interactions, while on Facebook they reach an average of 11.7 thousand accounts and acquire 2.3 thousand engagements. H&C continues to execute this significant growth through daily posts and stories and is currently working on creating more branded content and graphics. We are consistently using new strategies to increase their online presence and working to boost community engagement.
