The Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science is a member-based organization, with over 14,500 members in Canada and countries around the world. The CSMLS provides learning assessments and professional development opportunities for medical laboratory technologists who are seeking Canadian Certification. For the first time, the CSMLS decided that it was time to combine years of experience and content into one, year-end newsletter. This newsletter would act as a valuable resource for the CSMLS and their dedicated members. H&C jumped at the challenge, transforming a year of information into a beautifully designed, digital newsletter and poster.
With a goal to increase readership for their member-distributed newsletter, CSMLS asked H&C to enhance their most popular content with a new approach. The final product resulted in an excellent resource for English and French speaking CSMLS members, to refer to for years to come. H&C created an all-in-one document to display the organization’s most clicked on content, including podcasts, blogs and webinars. It now serves as the ultimate bilingual resource for CSMLS members to count on. In addition, H&C designed a poster for CSMLS to showcase at National Medical Laboratory Week. The “We Are Lab” poster design was inspired by medical laboratory professionals and highlights their importance in Canadian Public Health.
