The Canadian Cancer Society is a national, community-based organization of volunteers whose mission is the eradication of cancer and the enhancement of the quality of life of people living with cancer. The Canadian Cancer Society Fall VIP Lottery raises money for groundbreaking cancer research around preventative measures, cancer treatment and understanding rare cancers. This year’s Fall Lottery demanded an updated informational brochure to draw in more lottery participants and fund critical research. The Canadian Cancer Society approached Hughes and Co. for print design support to bring their 2019 lottery marketing to life.
The final product is a carefully-crafted, finely balanced design piece featuring critical information for lottery participants and bold graphics to attract new prospects. The 16-page brochure contains The Canadian Cancer Society’s trademark colour palette of bright yellows and oranges throughout to maintain the recognizable nationwide brand. A delicately designed balance of intriguing editorial content and exciting prize displays makes this print asset both an effective and visually stunning marketing tool.
