CAA Niagara is a membership based organization that provides a variety of services to its current customers and clients. These services include roadside assistance, discounts and rewards, and continued support via insurance premiums, passport photos, and more. The organization needed a way to provide as much value as possible to its current members, and to glean more value from their robust database. We were tasked with creating a strategy that didn't require a labour intensive internal process for their team but would flesh out their membership database details with lifestyle and family information... we also needed to make it fun!
H&C Inc. developed a gamification concept based on progressive profiling to help the company sort consumer information and maintain lead data within the organization. We developed intelligent tactics that combined an engaging, fun quiz for customers with smart segmentation and profiling for the company. This development has allowed CAA Niagara to continue providing tailored services and value to their customers and generating new leads.
